The accommodation consists of 5 flats of different capacities ranging from 2 to 7 people, so that if they were fully rented they could accommodate a group of 24 people.

All the flats have a fully equipped kitchen with electrical appliances and kitchenware. Fully furnished living-dining room with television. They are characterised by their large windows with sea views.

It has single and double rooms, complete bathrooms with shower, bidet and hairdryer; and common areas consisting of a large garden with barbecue.
